First off thanks for stopping by the Boston Real Estate Blog.
I am a real estate professional and leasing manager at NextGen Realty and currently reside in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood. I have been working within the Greater Boston real estate market for the last 4+ years. I rent apartments, manage property, sell condos, do some investment sales, and have dabbled in some commercial leasing. What I love about my office is the sense of teamwork, the technology tools that my broker is devoted to being on the forefront of, and our commitment to having the largest real time database with up to the moment information on apartment leasing in Boston. I feel strongly that all segments of real estate in Boston, to one degree or another, are highly effected by what the rental market is doing – from condo and multi-family sales, to bigger commercial projects. It starts and ends with the current rental climate.
Truly, I appreciate the ability to help my clients find a place that suits their needs. At the end of the day this job is rewarding when I know people are satisfied with where they are living.
I strive to have the best knowledge possible about current market trends in Boston and within the multitude of sub-markets throughout the city, Cambridge, Somerville, and Brookline.
While a life in real estate affords little time outside of the 70 – 80 hour work week when I do get time off I enjoy playing the cello with the Wellesley Symphony Orchestra, hiking up in the white mountains, and a surging passion for photography.
